The RealReal, Inc. in New Jersey seeks an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to grow consignor relationships and drive new business through in-home appointments and field outreach.

You will build a pipeline, convert leads, and deliver a high-touch experience to top-tier clients in the luxury market. You will leverage Salesforce, maintain relationships, and travel extensively to expand your client base while meeting monthly quotas and contributing to revenue growth.

• Technologically proficient; comfortable leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Results-oriented with the drive to build a book of business and improve performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with discerning clients.

Responsabilités

• Client Outreach: Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Build pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting leads into active consignors.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving new business growth and key metrics.
• Client Experience: Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the consignment process.
• Contract Management & Client Consultations: Present consignment contracts and guide clients through steps of the process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Retail teams and Consignor Relations to address concerns.
• Consignment Procurement & Logistics: Acquire luxury items and coordinate pickup/shipment.
• Field Work: Spend majority of time in the field cultivating client relationships.
