Ideal candidates bring design experience in home furnishings or client-focused retail, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in design, home furnishings, or client-focused retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and draft design solutions.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs.
• Provide coaching to sales teams to improve design culture and product knowledge.
• Create design concepts and digital presentations with finishes and decor.
• Translate lifestyle and budget into actionable design recommendations.
