La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring an Interior Designer for our La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries stores. The role translates client needs into actionable design concepts, conducts in-home consultations, and strengthens sales teams with design expertise.

You’ll work with premium furniture, fabrics and décor to create cohesive spaces that reflect client taste and lifestyle, while earning commissions and bonuses. Training is provided with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CAD programs, financial understanding, interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to draft design solutions and presentations to meet design sales goals.
• Achieve annual operating benchmarks and personal objectives.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and vision.
