You'll design spaces with premium furnishings, provide in-home consultations, and help clients realize beautiful, functional environments. Training pay and uncapped commissions offer strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Associates and clients to understand style and vision for their home.
• Designing spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and décor.
• Providing professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
• Creating cohesive looks that balance comfort, style, and functionality.
