Training pays at $23/hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission). After training, earnings potential ranges from $70,000 to $100,000+ annually, including base, bonus, and commission.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2–3 years in sales or interior design.
• Strong attention to detail and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales associates and clients to understand style and vision.
• Design spaces using premium furniture, fabrics and decor.
• Provide professional design consultations including layout planning and product recommendations.
• Create cohesive looks that combine comfort, style and function.
