The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2–3 years in design or retail sales. Expect a base salary with uncapped commissions and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and present customized design solutions.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to capture client needs and budget.
• Coach sales teams to improve design knowledge and customer experience.
• Translate client lifestyle into actionable design recommendations.
