Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, CAD programs, financial understanding, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Associates and clients to understand style, lifestyle, and vision for their home.
• Design spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and décor.
• Provide professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
• Create cohesive looks combining comfort, style, and functionality.
