Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Columbus, OH is seeking an Interior Designer to join our La-Z-Boy In-Home Design team. This role translates client needs into actionable design concepts, conducts in-home consultations, and supports sales with design expertise to elevate the in-store design experience.

You will collaborate with Sales Associates and clients, design spaces using premium furniture and décor, provide layout planning and product recommendations, and create cohesive looks that blend comfort

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store and Sales Managers to coach and support design teams and improve design culture.
• Design inspiring spaces using premium furniture, fabrics and decor.
• Provide professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
• Create cohesive looks that bring comfort, style and functionality together.
