Base salary plus uncapped commission and monthly bonus opportunity, with training pay at $20/hour for 2–6 weeks. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in design or residential sales, strong design aesthetics, and comfort presenting to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs.
• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote La-Z-Boy In-Home Design and draft design solutions for clients.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand space and vibe.
• Provide design recommendations and product guidance to sales teams.
