Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion to join our team. This role involves in-home infusion visits and patient education, including therapies such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide both telephone and in-person education, collaborate with the pharmacy, and ensure adherence to therapy plans under the Director of Nursing guidance. Per Diem Independent Contractor role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• CRNI certification preferred; IVIG and IV biologics experience valued.
• Proficient in documentation, patient education, and care plan development.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home infusion visits according to the plan of care.
• Document nursing interventions in clinical records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and adherence.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and other healthcare providers.
• Assess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety protocols.
