Job summary

AmeriPharma seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, delivering in-home care and support for patients undergoing treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will provide telephone and in-person education, ensure therapy plan adherence, and collaborate with the pharmacy and healthcare team to optimize outcomes in a home infusion

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice.
• 2+ years of home infusion experience.
• Experience with IV immunoglobulins andIV biologics; CRNI preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits according to plan of care.
• Document nursing interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and home infusion procedures.
• Ensure adherence to therapy plans and accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and healthcare team for patient-focused care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and update care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers.
