Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home infusion therapy to join our team. You will perform infusion visits, educate patients, and document care per plan.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in home infusion, IVIG/biologics experience, and an active RN license with CPR/BLS. This per diem, independent contractor role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years in home infusion and infusion centers.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, phlebotomy for adults and pediatrics.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; accurate record keeping.
• CPR and BLS certified; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per the care plan.
• Provide patient education on therapy protocols and meds.
• Document interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare teams.
• Assess patient needs and adjust care plans with team.
