Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, providing in-home care and valuable support to patients undergoing treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will perform in-home visits, offer education and counseling, and coordinate with the pharmacy and care teams to ensure adherence and optimal outcomes in a flexible per diem schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in state
• 2+ years in home infusion/infusion centers
• CRNI certification preferred
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics is required or preferred
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, phlebotomy, adult and pediatric care
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; accurate record keeping
• CPR and BLS certified; valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits according to the care plan
• Document patient interventions in clinical and non-clinical records
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and adherence
• Collaborate with pharmacy and other healthcare teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Serve as a liaison among patient, family, and providers
