Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, delivering in-home care and support for treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will conduct in-home visits, educate patients, coordinate with pharmacy, document care, and ensure adherence to therapy plans.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing is required.
• Minimum 2 years in home infusion or infusion centers.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics desired.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts and phlebotomy (adult/pediatric) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Document nursing interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and other departments.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and home infusion procedures.
• Ensure patient understanding of therapy plans and adherence.
• Serve as liaison between patient, family, and pharmacy during visits.
• Assess patient condition and adjust care plans with the team.
