AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team on a per diem, independent contractor basis. The RN will provide in-home infusion therapy and patient education, supporting therapies such as IVIG and IV biologics while ensuring safe, effective care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license.
• 2+ years in home infusion and infusion centers.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics; CRNI certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits per the plan of care.
• Prepare clinical/nursing notes and document patient interventions.
• Educate patients by phone and in person on therapy protocols and home infusion procedures.
• Coordinate care with other pharmacy departments and healthcare providers.
• Assess patient progress, revise care plans, and manage expectations with patients and families.
