JJS Group in Montrose, CO is hiring a Comfort Specialist to own the residential sale from first appointment to install handoff. You assess homes, size systems, present good/better/best options, and close deals, earning uncapped commissions on completed installations.

Most leads come from company-provided sources, with additional high-potential referrals and builder relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role with base salary plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales, ideally HVAC or home services.
• Ability to explain technical options to homeowners in plain language.
• CRM habits with notes, photos and same-day follow-ups.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home appointments.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home appointments: review history, inspect equipment, perform load calculations.
• Design the system and present good/better/best options, including financing.
• Close the sale and pursue add-ons like duct modifications and IAQ equipment.
• Enroll customers in maintenance memberships at the point of sale.
• Build pipeline through builders, realtors, property managers, referrals and networking.
• Provide the install team with complete job packets and ensure documentation in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain timely notes, photos, and follow-ups on every open estimate.
• Protect the customer experience and respond to concerns within one business day.
