SWAN Loveland in Loveland, CO is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners in selecting HVAC solutions for comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential with a steady flow of leads and strong support.

Responsibilities include in-home consultations, presenting solutions, preparing estimates, closing sales, and following up with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Explain products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate pricing estimates based on requirements and guidelines.
• Close Sales: Use proven techniques to convert consultations into sales and meet targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company leads and self-generated prospects to maximize opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and installations.
