Job summary

Sanders & Johnson, Inc. in Littleton, CO is hiring a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet homeowners, analyze homes, and recommend comfort solutions that improve air quality and comfort.

You will strive to meet or exceed sales goals, perform heat-load calculations, measure equipment for installations, document all activities in the CRM. A strong communicator with at least 3 years of in-home residential selling and solid Excel proficiency will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Enter homes as a trusted expert advising on comfort and air quality.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.
• Analyze single-family homes and construction constraints for equipment selection.
• Perform heat load calculations and apply them during sales.
• Measure existing equipment for installation planning.
• Document notes in CRM and follow up with unresolved leads.
• Complete post-install reviews and ensure quality control.
• Complete tickets, invoices, work orders, and timecards accurately.
• Follow company policies and directives from management.
