Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by listening to their concerns, educating them on their options, and providing solutions that fit their needs.
• Explain HVAC equipment, comfort solutions, and financing options in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards.
• Close sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
• Work with company-generated leads from marketing, repeat customers, referrals, and your own prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience from the initial appointment through installation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
• Represent JSP with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at every customer interaction.
