Qualifications

• Our ideal candidate has experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close, in a residential in-home environment.
• Experience in the skilled trades business model is a plus; HVAC, Plumbing, etc.
• Proven sales track record & competitive spirit.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Sales driven closer for new and existing customers in residential settings.
• Travel to sales locations, meet with customers in their homes and present options.
• Build relationships to earn repeat business through top performance in a one-call-close setting.
• Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through excellent customer service.
• This is an uncapped commission opportunity; control earnings through closing skills.
