Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
• Active veterinary license in state(s) where services provided.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with ability to travel between appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services.
• Travel independently to scheduled home visits.
• Perform physical exams, clinical assessments, and administer medications.
• Educate families on quality-of-life decisions and end-of-life options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with families and veterinary teams.
• Handle animals safely during in-home visits.
