This role offers a salary range of $125,000 - $160,000 per year, plus an annual bonus of $20,000 paid quarterly. The position includes outstanding benefits such as a comprehensive health plan and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience supervising PTAs in a home health environment is a plus.
• Valid CA Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of state and federal home-care regulatory guidelines preferred.
