Qualifications

• Current CA Physical Therapist License is mandatory.
• Over 1 year experience supervising PTAs in a home health setting is advantageous.
• BLS/CPR Certification is essential.
• Must possess a valid CA Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations in patient homes and develop personalized care plans.
• Support patients' mobility and independence.
• Coordinate with patients' physicians for optimal care outcomes.
• Report on patient progress to the MD.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).

Skills

Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License

Experience supervising PTAs
