Ideal candidates have a current California Physical Therapist license and experience in home health care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience supervising PTAs in a home health environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of local community resources is required.
• Experience with high acuity patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations in patients' homes and develop care plans.
• Help patients regain mobility and independence.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians.
