Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to deliver real solutions in homeowners’ homes. You will lead consultations, build trusted relationships, and earn uncapped commissions while advancing your career with industry-leading training and a global brand.

You will travel within your territory, use warm leads, and design customized foundation and water management solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• In-home sales experience is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
