Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes, assess needs, and design customized repair and water management options. You will build a local book of business with the support of an industry-leading brand and training program.

You’ll travel within your territory leveraging warm leads, with uncapped earning potential and company resources to help you succeed, including a vehicle eligibility and ongoing career

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
• In-home consultative sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Willingness to travel within sales territory

Responsibilities

• Travel within your sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads
• Diagnose homeowner needs and educate on foundation repair and water management options
• Estimate repairs and prepare generated job proposals
• Close sales at the homeowners’ home and maintain relationships while tracking pipeline
• Report to home branch for sales initiatives and meetings
