Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home consultations and close deals with homeowners. You will leverage pre-qualified leads, provide trusted recommendations, and travel within your sales territory to build a robust book of business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• In-home sales or B2C sales experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
