Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit homeowners, assess needs, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads, build a personal book of business, and enjoy an uncapped commission structure backed by top training and a national brand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on home issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales in the home and maintain customer relationships.
