Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home inspections, educate homeowners on repair options, and close sales with a focus on building lasting relationships across the sales territory.

You will travel within your territory, leverage warm leads, and participate in company training while earning uncapped commissions and accessing a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowners’ issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales lead pipeline.
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.
