Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to independently grow a defined territory by performing in-home inspections, educating homeowners, and delivering customized foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads, close sales on-site, and build lasting client relationships across the territory.

The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial attitude, strong drive, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose home issues and educate homeowners on solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and track sales lead pipeline.
