Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, design customized foundation repair and water management solutions, and manage a book of business across a sales territory. You will travel to client homes, assess needs, and present proposals backed by our proven systems.

The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial attitude, a customer-focused approach, and the autonomy to build your own territory with support from a global market leader.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present generated job proposals to homeowners.
• Close sales with customers in their homes.
• Maintain relationships with customers and track sales lead pipeline.
• Report to Home Branch for sales team initiatives and meetings.
