Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home consultations and close foundation and water management solutions across a defined territory. You will travel to homeowners, assess their needs, present tailored options, and build a growing book of business with the support of our brand and training resources.

This full-time W-2 role offers uncapped commission with strong earning potential, company-generated leads, and a clear advancement path.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Use warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowners' issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and manage sales lead pipeline.
