Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and design custom foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll travel within your sales territory, work with warm leads, and close deals directly in customers’ homes.

The role offers full-time employment with uncapped commission, paid training, company-generated leads, and advancement opportunities within a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or B2C/in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm leads.
• Diagnose home issues and present solution options.
• Prepare and present repair estimates and proposals.
• Close sales in the home.
• Maintain relationships and manage sales pipeline.
• Report to home branch for sales initiatives and meetings.
