Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to meet homeowners in their homes, evaluate needs, and present customized foundation repair and water management solutions. You will travel within your sales territory, leverage warm leads, and close sales with homeowners while building lasting client relationships.

This full-time W-2 role offers uncapped earning potential, comprehensive training, company-generated leads, travel requirements, and clear advancement pathways within a globally

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
