Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home inspections and design customized foundation repair solutions. You will build a book of business through warm leads, educate homeowners on issues, and present solid repair options with proposals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm leads.
• Explain issues in homes and present solution options.
• Provide homeowners with estimated repairs and proposals.
• Close sales in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
• Report to the home branch and participate in team initiatives.
