Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit homeowners, assess needs, and design customized foundation and water management solutions in their homes. You will rely on company leads and build a personal book of business across your territory.

The role features uncapped commission, top-tier training, a company car program, and advancement opportunities. Travel is required to cover your defined sales region and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Explain homeowners issues and present solution options and proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home and manage post-sale relationships.
