Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Boston, MA is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain Renewal by Andersen products in the field using a company vehicle. You will analyze customer situations, determine corrective actions, keep the team informed of outcomes, provide accurate part descriptions, and oversee vehicle maintenance and inventory while delivering Signature Service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of window installation experience preferred.
• Basic construction knowledge and terminology.
• Word/Excel skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Renewal by Andersen products in the field.
• Analyze situations, determine corrective action and verify effectiveness.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide accurate part descriptions including part numbers to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle, inventory and perform Signature Service for homeowners.
• Assist with installation knowledge and correct installation errors.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
