Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on Renewal by Andersen products in the field using company-provided vehicle. The role requires diagnosing issues, delivering Signature Service to homeowners, and coordinating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and 2+ years of window installation experience, plus basic construction knowledge and

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years window installation experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques and building materials; familiar with industry terminology.
• Diagnostic, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills with good listening and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customer situations, determine corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Keep team members informed of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Provide accurate part descriptions and part numbers to Service team.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Basic knowledge of RbA installation techniques and fix installation errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
