Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Connecticut is seeking a Field Service Technician I to perform repairs and maintenance on Renewal by Andersen products in a field-based role using a company vehicle. The position is based in Fairfield County and requires a valid driver's license with a clean record and 2+ years of window installation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of window installation experience preferred.
• Basic construction knowledge and familiarity with building materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customer situations and determine corrective action.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Provide accurate part descriptions and part numbers to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Apply installation knowledge to correct installation errors.
