Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to expand our in-home inspection services with homeowners. You’ll build relationships, lead consultations in the field, and earn uncapped commissions.

You’ll travel within your territory, leverage warm leads, educate homeowners on issues, and present repair options while advancing your career in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to work on time each working day.
