AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove experiences in customers’ homes, driving uncapped commission opportunities. You will engage warm prospects at scheduled appointments, close deals with hands‑on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments, and drive technology adoption.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and successful background checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
• Deliver personalized, in‑home sales experiences to customers.
• Engage customers daily at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T and follow up to meet sales targets.
