Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes and drive sales with uncapped commission potential. You’ll meet customers at scheduled appointments and close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in commission or outside sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Roles include flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities for advancement across Georgia

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and hitting sales targets.
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check including drug screening and driving history required.
