Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers approaching six figures. Base pay plus a significant commission component is described with location-based starting ranges.

You will visit scheduled appointments, deliver hands-on demos, assess Wi‑Fi and services, and close sales while representing a trusted brand. A valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

1+ years of commission sales experience required
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value
Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive (company vehicle provided)
Work a varied schedule to meet customers (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected
Attend scheduled appointments and engage with warm prospects in the field
Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and meet sales targets
