DogLab TX is seeking a field-based sales professional to generate leads, build a local pipeline, and visit families at their homes fordog training programs. You will assess dogs, set expectations, and close the right package for each family.

Responsibilities include qualifying decision-makers, conducting in-home evaluations, and maintaining CRM records. The role emphasizes referrals and consistent revenue attainment with coaching from leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated drive, coachability, and self-direction.
• Comfort around dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete a background check.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build your pipeline through outreach, referrals, events, and community relationships.
• Conduct in-home evaluations and set realistic training outcomes.
• Qualify prospects and ensure all decision-makers attend evaluations.
• Maintain CRM records and report pipeline activity & forecasts.
• Ask for referrals and reviews from happy clients.
