Job summary

Mighty Dog Roofing seeks a Roofing Sales Superstar (Sales Representative) to hit the ground running in El Paso, TX. You’ll work company leads, referrals, and insurance-driven opportunities, driving a strong pipeline and meaningful commissions.

You will prospect, visit sites, inspect properties, and guide owners through insurance claims while coordinating with adjusters and production teams to secure profitable contracts. Training and performance bonuses are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of roofing or construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a track record for exceeding sales targets.
• Positive attitude and mission alignment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Maintain PMA, perform field prospecting and cold calls, inspect properties, guide owners through insurance claims, contribute to ~1/3 of sales commissions.
• Scope Mastery and Contract Creation: Engage with adjusters, craft scope and line-item estimates, formalize contracts, contribute ~1/3 of commissions.
• Profit and Production: Use estimating and supplemental techniques, coordinate with production, ensure payments, and maintain >30% profit per job, contributing ~1/3 of commissions.
• Other Responsibilities: Provide accurate data and leads, participate in trainings, use Mighty Dog Roofing University, keep departments informed, cold calling, canvassing, and targeting monthly $100,000 in contracted sales.
