Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow a territory through in-home inspections. This full-time W-2 role offers company-generated warm leads, no cold calling, and uncapped earning potential.

Training pay of $750 per week helps ramp up quickly. You will travel within your territory to diagnose issues, educate homeowners, prepare estimates, and close sales in homes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in B2C or in-home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Use warm pre-qualified leads to grow a book of business.
• Educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
