Job summary

DogLab TX is hiring experienced dog trainers to deliver obedience, hunting and protection training to clients in their homes and on their properties across Texas. You will train to our established methods, adapt to real-world distractions, and ensure every program ends with lasting results that owners can trust.

Qualifications

• Proven, measurable training results in obedience, hunting and/or protection.
• Experience coaching owners, not just training dogs.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with full control.
• Comfort with established methods and program standards, while adapting to each dog.
• Strong communication skills and disciplined documentation habits.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work and in-home visits.
• Plus: formal certifications, competition or working-dog background, or experience in protection or sport work.

Responsibilities

• Train dogs to our standard using established methods and program standards.
• Read dogs, adapt training plans and progress.
• Coach clients on handling, reinforcement and accountability.
• Ensure training holds up in real-life settings.
• Document progress and update Operations Manager.
• Maintain safety protocols during training.
