Dominion Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving independence, building relationships, and engaging with their communities.

We offer competitive pay of $16.50–$18.50 per hour, full-time and part-time positions, and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, insurance options, PTO, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Reliable transportation with valid car insurance
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide support to help individuals learn to be more independent and meet their goals
• Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide training in skills related to community resources such as transportation and shopping
• Monitor health and medication needs when applicable
• Maintain accurate time records and documentation
