Job summary

Community Services Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with IDD in residential or community settings. The DSP builds daily living skills, promotes independence, and supports community integration while maintaining dignity and person‑centered care.

Position offers orientation, mileage reimbursement for travel, and a base pay of $17/hr with potential to earn up to $21/hr depending on location and shift. Part-time daytime schedule with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Administers medication and treatment as permitted under regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships to promote emotional and physical well‑being.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life skills.
• Support independence and community integration.
• Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with families and other service providers; participate in meetings.
• Provide health and safety support, including emergency coverage.
