Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and communicate with courtesy, tact, and good judgment.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and personal care to support independence.
• Provide transportation help and accompany individuals in the community.
• Monitor health, manage medications when needed, and report concerns.
• Document progress toward goals and maintain accurate time records.
• Promote safety, supervise activities, and facilitate social connections.
